Instead of this, Yamaha should provide Dual channel ABS!

Too late I would say. Yamaha should have brought in International colours right from Day 1. Indian version of MT15 looked dull/ dead as compared to Indonesian version. It is a good bike overall but sells poorly due to Yamaha's own bizarre strategy.

Yamaha has announced the introduction of colour customization options for its MT-15 motorcycle in India. The campaign is called “Customize your Warrior”.

First they need to address the single channel ABS and then go for colouring issues. Many of them like the bike but, are let down by single channel ABS. :Frustrati

Glad to see some action from Yamaha, i mean as an owner of a Yamaha myself the state of affairs at the showrooms and even their website is SAD, my r15v3 is a properly cool entry level sports bike yet the way it is presented in showrooms and the state of affairs at the service center makes me feel i'am walking into a Chevrolet or Nissan dealership which is about to wind up their operations in a few months, it is depressing.

On top of that the launch of MT 15 was so uninspiring as if they don't want to sell the bike at all, it was priced on par with the r15 while it should have been a good 10-15k cheaper atleast, on top of that they skimmed on aluminium swingarm and rear ABS system which the r15 comes with, they made it worse by launching it in the most dull color schemes ever, as if there was a competition at Yamaha on how to botch up a perfectly good product, glad they are coming back to their senses with first introducing the amazing White - Orange paint scheme and now this, i don't think the bike's sales will take off as a result of this but good to see some effort being made.

They even started their presence on Amazon recently, which is half hearted to say the least but atleast it is a start, hope Yamaha gets their act straight, the bike market in India is huge and if KTM can make a mark for themselves after coming decades late to the party, Yamaha can too, they just need the will and intention to do so.
