BS6 Honda Grazia 125 Teased Ahead Of Launch.

The Honda Grazia 125 BS4 was temporarily discontinued in April this year.
Grazia 125 BS6 will get a console, LED DRLs, and revised styling, is likely to be launched by June-end or in July. It will borrow its powertrain from the Activa 125.

I'm still to understand the difference between the gazillion scooters from each brand. In simple layperson terms is the Grazia a more premium Activa, a more youth-targeted Activa or bit of both?

It is to Activa 125 what Dio is to Activa 110
A maxi/moto scooter-esque clothing.

Like if I want a 125cc scooter from Honda stable ONLY but cannot see myself looking like a middle aged man on an Activa 125, what do I get? The Grazia.

Honda Grazia 125 BS6 launched with new features, fuel-injected engine
Priced at Rs. 73,336 for the Standard variant of the new Honda Grazia
Deluxe variant gets idle start-stop system, disc brake and alloy wheels.






Honda Grazia is powered by the same 124cc fuel-injected engine as the Activa 125. It makes 8.29PS of power at 6000rpm and 10.3Nm of peak torque at 5000rpm. Expect the motor to offer better fuel efficiency compared to the outgoing model thanks to the inclusion of start-stop tech and fuel-injection. It gets the same CVT transmission as before.

It gets an updated all-digital instrument panel with information like distance to empty, average fuel efficiency and real time fuel efficiency, along with an idling stop system and side stand indicator with engine cut-off, which will not allow the engine to start when the side stand is down.

Available in four colors of Mat Cyber Yellow, Pearl Spartan Red, Pearl Siren Blue and Mat Axis Grey, its dispatches will commence this week.

Available in two variants of Standard and Premium, the new scooter is priced at Rs. 73,336 (ex-showroom Gurugram, Haryana) for the standard version.

Powered by BS-VI compliant 125cc PGM-FI HET (Honda Eco Technology) engine, boosted by Enhanced Smart Power (eSP), the scooter comes equipped with Combi Brake System (CBS) with Equalizer technology.

The scooter comes with a six-year warranty package with three years standard and three years optional extended warranty, as per the company statement.

The seat of Grazia also looks different and less comfortable when compared with Activa especially for pillion.

Also I am curious about this Multi Function unit to open fuel lid and under seat storage, the location for switch is adjacent to ignition keyhole, I think people with longer legs might not find it very welcoming, any Activa owners want to shed some light on it ?

So the Grazia is now just a Dio with disc brakes, the bigger engine and bigger tyres. Just when I was wondering why the Dio did not get these upgrades Looks like a practical change for me from the Dio.

Honda has launched the Grazia 125 Repsol Honda Team Edition at Rs 87,138 (ex-showroom)





The special edition scooter’s design and graphics and bright orange wheel rims are inspired by the machines of the Repsol Honda racing team.

Looks like Honda has silently taken off Grazia from the shelves.
The scooter is still listed on their website, however dealers confirm that they are no longer accepting booking for it. The 'online book' option at Honda website also shows the scooter being 'out of stock' in all of their dealer outlets.
Anyone has an idea if the production of Grazia has been halted or it is in the process of being phased out (probably to make space for another 125CC scooter)?

Or a E20 BS6 Ph.2 Grazia is in works?

It would make sense for Honda to make the Grazia stepdown with dignity lest Honda decides to prove me wrong.

I have used a borrowed Grazia for 4-5 months in Bangalore and found it to be very decent and trouble free machine. Overpricing and no USP look to be the Culprit IMHO.

Grazia is phased out, replaced by Dio 125.
