Personally i feel its not up to the mark.
Rear suspension needs to be lowered a bit for a better stance.
RE could have worked more on this product for a better outcome.

re: Royal Enfield Meteor 350 Fireball leaked, now launched at 1.75 lakhs

The engine package looks very neat, no external hoses, oil cooler etc....

So expecting a very under stressed unit developing about 20 horses but extremely refined. Plus a more rigid chassis compared to the historic frame.

Considering the antiquity of the current RE single cylinder models, this will be a huge leap, bringing much better handling + a smooth refined engine and lack of vibes at the top end.

I think there is room for a 500cc/30hp 6-speed version. Fitting perfectly between the 350 and 650 twins, also this will be the more popular single cylinder export model.

wow, where has the understated, classic approach we saw on the twins gone? Do these bikes not qualify for the Leicestershire treatment. Surely these garish designs can not be from the same team that gave us the baker express,dr.mayhem et al.

Looks like they got the highly coveted design team from Karol Bagh to work on these bikes. This looks shoddy and unworthy of the RE moniker.

Even the 23 year old design disaster lightning 535 looks better than this.

This is further accentuated by those hideous colour combinations, especially that dual tone brown and blue ones are downright ugly.

If at all I have to buy one of these, I'd take a yellow, add the backrest & windshield and be happy - thise should be available as accessories and possible retrofit. Am glad these guys haven't messed with features other than chrome stuff - kudos to RE for that.

re: Royal Enfield Meteor 350 Fireball leaked, now launched at 1.75 lakhs

Is there really a need for this motorcycle? Apart from that fancy turn by turn navigation thing, I don't see anything interesting.
RE makes classic looking bikes with alloy wheels and led headlights. Rest of the manufacturers make classic looking bikes but with cutting edge engine tech.

Btw how that navigation gonna work? Does Google maps support this feature or one would have to use a RE developed app?

Have to agree with others. This is one strange looking bike, almost invoking the memories of cheap Chinese cruisers that hit the market few years ago. The stance is definitely "wrong".
Rather surprising considering they just managed to design truly international, beautiful and subtle looking twins.
It feels like the designers for these were juniors who were let run wild in custom accessories shop while the senior team sat and watched the fun from sidelines.

Must say that the classic design of the bullet is lost. And the loud colours and brown seat do not do this new bike any favours.

I think the new frame and the engine will be the only saving grace for this bike. Hope they deliver on this front.

Yellow and red looks decent. The rest shades look gaudy and over the top. Royal Enfield is definitely targeting young riders and may be successful in doing so. I am looking forward to the engine specs, just hoping RE doesn't disappoint.

Are the wheels on Supernova different than other models? They all look the same but for Supernova they have specifically mentioned machined wheels. Regardless hope some of the parts from this fit the twins!

The 350X is a good looking bike and since the meteor is replacing it, I expect it to look at least as good. Some things look rather disproportionate.

Hopefully, they iron out the issues in the production version.

The same old bike with five different paint jobs being offered as though they're five new and unique models? Ah, Royal Enfield, with you some things never change lol.

The blue and brown one have different alloys (diamond cut or machined, whatever they call it).

I was looking forward to an all black model, but even that has bucket full of chrome. The Thunderbird X looks better than this IMHO, though not a fan of those too.

After launching the 650 twins, it feels like they have taken few steps back. Let's wait for the launch and better pics
