A few more images have been shared by my friend. Seems these are from the offshore launch event. Not much exclusive accessories for this model though

The first walk around video of the Hunter

Looks a little smallish. The reviewer is apparently 6"1".

re: New Royal Enfield spotted; it is the Hunter 350!

Hi All,

ARAI mileage has been mentioned as 36.2 KMPL despite being lighter by 10 kg (approx.) comparing the classic 350 and Meteor.

What could be the reason? would it mean it will deliver less mileage compared to its siblings?

Thanks

Great to see how Royal Enfield has progressed with respect to design and manufacture of bikes. The newer products are quite good,10 years ago if someone told you this was an Enfield product they would laugh at you.

Most likely due to to the shorter gearing on this one.
I've a new gen classic 350 which averages between 32-34 kmpl in pure citi riding.

re: New Royal Enfield spotted; it is the Hunter 350!

That is one smart looking motorcycle! The proportions are just right. They could've given LED Projector Headlamps though. Missed opportunity yet again. Retro doesn't mean outdated. Skimping on feel good features is not the right way to do retro. Also, Am I looking at two different colours of turn indicators? White and Amber?

re: New Royal Enfield spotted; it is the Hunter 350!

Hunter 350 is undoubtedly one of the best looking thumpers in the country today. Going by the reports, Royal Enfield will price the bike competitively in all likelihood. However, an additional 4-5 Bhp and an increment of 15-20 km/hr top speed(at the least) would have certainly helped Hunter kill the competition.

re: New Royal Enfield spotted; it is the Hunter 350!

The Hunter seems to have the lowest ground clearance of the lot. Would it translate to a lower CG and better handling? Also the J series bore size is 72 mm on the Classic and here it is 75mm. Not sure if that has any bearing on the performance/ fuel efficiency. Would be curious as to what the experts have to say.

Absolutely. In fact Hunter seems to be THE Royal Enfield which has been properly designed. Hopefully they will shed some more weight by using modern design engines.

re: New Royal Enfield spotted; it is the Hunter 350!

The Classic weighs 195kgs. This one is 181. That's some serious weight shaving on essentially the same bike. I wonder if this will be priced more or less because of that.

re: New Royal Enfield spotted; it is the Hunter 350!

Such a beautiful looking bike from RE. Going to be a huge hit with college kids. RE sure knows how to capture the market.

For guys aged between 18 - 24 yrs ( Hunter );
25 - 35 yrs ( Classic )
People with midlife crisis - Interceptor

RE just made life difficult for Ronin
