Re: I bought another Suzuki Shogun

A " factory finish "level job. Would you care to sell one of your steeds?

PS : Do refer me to this paint shop when the time comes
The painted parts are now clear coated. I will do a reveal video soon. Maybe tonight.

The title was a typo, Have corrected all of the titles. Doing youtube is a lot difficult that I thought

To be honest, I don't identify myself as a biker. I am more of a mechanic, I have enough bikes to get thrown out of my house

So You never know, I am also planning to add some serious horse power to my garage. Lets see how that goes. Might end up letting some bikes go, I will keep you all posted.

There was a recall in the tiger, they changed to a bigger magnet, that solved the jerking problem. YEIS is the Yamaha Energy Induction System, that was nothing but the boost bottle that you see in RX 135(4S and 5S) not the RXG.

Pramod
PK, The RXG also had the YEIS system with the boost bottle connected to the Reed valve. Mine went bust once and the bike would'nt work until I got the bottle replaced.

The RXG also suffered from the jerking issue and solved by, as you rightly pointed out, by changing to a heavier magnet.

By the way what the hell is a Tiger? Never heard of it.

Lol you Never heard of the tiger? BTW the old tiger I restored is back for an engine rebuild.

I have rebuilt the engine and is now waiting to be started. I am going to use a non conventional way to run-in the new stock size piston I installed in the standard cylinder that the bike came with.

Thanks for stopping by, BTW need to talk to you about some future projects.

Very nice. Your re-build inspires me to restore mine back to stock condition. Attaching a picture of my build. Last worked in 2017.

I spent 45 minutes looking for it and finally I had a brain wave and decided to go through the ashes of the "Garbage" she burned, and there it was the non flammable head gasket, buried in the middle of the pile of ash
