I have recently done 370km in a day, I didn't have this issue once, rather I have encountered the issue during quick city runs. After washing the bike, when disks are wet, it's like there's no such thing as rear brake. Now I know the water reduces the friction, but the brake should work at atleast some capacity even though it's wet, which is not happening. |
I don't use rear brake at all unless I am riding in mud/off road.
I would suggest upgrading your brake pads to EBC sintered ones with stickier tires (optional) and you won't need the rear brake ever.
