Honda PCX 153cc Scooter to be launched in 2015

Gentlemen,

Any news on when Honda is planning to launch PCX, in India. All kinds of rumors have been around on the net but now those rumors have stopped making rounds???

It was showcased in the Auto Expo 2014, but given a miss in 2016. So I guess it is off the radar as far as our market is concerned.

I guess the only option for those looking for a 150 cc is the Vespa or aprilia sr150

Honda recently imported an unit of PCX for R&D purposes.

Look at the import price !. 3lkh means it will be dead on the launch date unless they put 250+ cc engine as a differentiator.

Folks - Any other rumours / news / scoops about the PCX150?

I will be shopping for a 150cc scoot soon and would really love a Jap 150 cc offering. Was seriously considering the Aprilia SR150 for a while but would like to check out the Japs first.

Not expecting Honda to surprise me and launch in Q1 2017 - they are the slowest in the market for new product introduction

Maybe its a clear opportunity for Yamaha to jump the gun and get the N-Max 155 scooter here before Honda. Both Honda and Yamaha have imported units for R&D purposes but as usual thats not an indicator for a launch.

Whatever happened to the PCX 150 launch? I keep reading about this in upcoming launches from the longest time but haven't seen anything on it. Same goes for its Yamaha counterpart.
