Why should we suffer due to some joker who trolled you. Kindly keep us posted with your progress on the RXZ, I am sure there are a lot of eager enthusiasts like me who avidly will follow your thread sir.

Opened the engine today. It was running on 1st OS piston.

Work done today:
- Cylinder sand blasted
- Rebored to 2nd OS with Goetze piston
- Crank calibrated (with old OE connecting rod)
- Clutch bell rubber bushing replaced
- Center case is cleaned thoroughly and assembled back with new bearing kit (no painting)

I hardly get spare time on evening these days, so spares hunting will happen during next weekend only. Till then mechanic will co-ordinate for getting the things painted and plated.

Is this going to be a stock paint scheme one or we will get to see some nice artistic work like your blue one sir.

Definitely a stock scheme this time (may be in future as well). Yet to decide between the 4s or the 5s scheme.

This is my first business with them. Some parts were out of stock, which they informed promptly after placing the order. Once I get the parts in hand, I will keep you posted.

Weekend update:

Got below parts (no snaps)
- Engine screw kit
- All cables
- Rim & Spokes

Given the below parts for plating & zinc dip
- 2 mud guards (had a spare set)
- Pillion holder
- Silencer
- Brake pedal
- Spokes
- All fasteners
- Other bits & pieces

Rest of the time we were busy with other project

As usual, lazy painter delayed and I hope painting must get completed by this weekend. Collected the plated parts today.





In the mean time, started working on the other project (for my colleague) RX135 5s disk and alloy wheel conversion (from Gladiator) Brake hose routing to be corrected after making necessary clamps.
