I took it to a mechanic around and he was suggesting to do powder coating to the engine as well. I am holding on the decision as I still cant find competitive and reliable mechanic.

Just out of curiosity; I remember seeing oil only in spark plug thread. I revved very very hard but still no smoke from exhaust. I also spinned the bike for a ride upto 80-90kmph and yet no smoke. Is there a problem? Rings or bore or valves??? Please help.

i changed the wheels to UG2 alloys for lack of good tyre options in 18". 17" tubless MRF zapper C is really good. also when the rear suspension gave up, i installed gas shocks for UG2. did many more things to her w/o any problems.

Her is the story of my bike last 9 year i’m using 2004 bajaj pulsar 150dtsi V-1 /ug-1 its he is my dream bike in 2004 finaly got it in 2016 i’m the 2nd owner of the bike 20 year old machine tuching the limit 120km without any issue love to long ride but in daily use making so much tantrums like 3rd kick starting hard back kick 1,2nd gear sliping issue engine noise but still love to drive my bike
