Well I had a great passion for Bullets since my school days. I used to fantasy
all the bullets passing by. Those days (Iam 27 years old now) (10 years ago – I could only notice huge pot bellied men (read – Policemen) driving the bullets.
CIRCA – 2011 – I noticed an ad from a gentleman called Ratish intending to sell his bullet.
The ad said that “1993 make Bullet, Karnataka Registration with FANCY number”.
I was quite impressed .I called him and fixed an appointment to test drive the machine. We met near Forum at around 10:30 PM as he was busy with prior works. I rode the bike and was truly amazed with the quality of the bike.Just a few minor works like tappet tightening, chain tightening to be done.
I am taking the delivery of the Bullet after 27th of September as it’s an inauspicious period to buy vehicles {PitruPaksha).

Inviting all Bullet owners / Enthusiasts to help me in making this bike into a dream bike.

define 'dream' !! :D & here's the classic Q- heavy crank or light crank?

cheers..

That is one nice buy man :thumbs up The bull looks real cool and classic.
The paint job is also done well. Will wait for your ownership experience.
I trust it is a light crank and not heavy.

For some reason the Bull riders don't get satisfied with other bikes that soon, may be i am like that :).
I already own a Electra CI and now a STD 350 CI is at the edge of finalizing the deal.

Keep Thumping !!!

It definitely looks like a dream bike! Very nice color combo. congrats on your acquisition!

Is that a patch of oil on the ground? Hope its not from the bike. And the seats look rather thin. Is it comfortable?

Sure the bike is all "Electro Plated" so no worries of paint fading / losing lusture.

The bike is a low crank but needs minor adjustments to make it a Bull on the road.

Kannan, in the second pic whats the part in top row, center, next to the horn button? Is that off a bullet. I ask cos to me it looks like a adv/red lever for an old vintage bike. Is that available, if yes how much?

So what, boss Bull's oil leakage is leaving behind a trail and says that a Bull has just passd by...........

Wow, you went ahead and bought a close to 20 year old Bullet, How many Kms it has done? How many Kms Bulls go before they need engine work?

Your passion for the Bull is quiet evident with this buy. Congratulations and may the Bike serve you for many many miles. It will be interesting to see how the Bull looks post your mods/changes. Are you planning to get it painted as well.

Kannan thanks so much. The choke leave is th eone I was talking about. Perfect to use on a old english bike. They came with two actually one for the magneto advance retard on the left I think and on the right for the choke. Or was it the other way around.

Anyway forgot to mention you have a great looking bike there. All the best with it.

Are you planning to put a crash guard? If you are on JC Road again could you find out the price of diamond crash guard? Teknik Motors in sarjapur road is quoting 1.5k for that! :Shockked:

Lovely RE there pal, how much did you pay for it ?
