I would suggest you get this from US if you have any contacts. The Hella 4000 used to retail for 120$/piece which is equal to the Light force price in US. So I opted for Lightforce.
You can check for Lightforce at

cheers

Thanks buddy,

will check that out and keep you posted. If this doesnt work out, will try to source it from US.

Hello,

We have a Endy and wanted to install the off-roader lights (4 lights) planning to fix in on top of the carrier.

Could you please advise/suggest some good models and make and cost if possible.

Budget is a constraint but again depends on the product.

Many Thanks!!!

We would rather have Philips wake up from ricer dreams and provide us with some 'useful' lighting in 4300/4200k. Wonder why they can't just import and sell us these kits when it is widely available in other Asian countries.

Where can I find LED bulbs for brake light, turn signal etc? Anybody running these?

You can get them from ebay (international). Use them in a ordinary tail lamp, but not in some clear lens tail lamps which produce nice beautiful pattern when lit up.

Looks good to me, are these fixable on any bumper without much mods, ofcourse the clamps will have to be made. My zen as a 3 leg clamp that fixes on the bumper, the fog assy fixes to the clamp with screws not sure if the bumper clamps can take the load of these Hellas.

Anyone got any pic's or experience of the light spread from these fogs?

I'm looking to improve the lighting on my Getz. I already have 90/100 with relay installed since the last ~2 years.

I'm now looking to upgrade to HIDs/Xenons. I came across this kit on Ebay. Should I go for it?

Would I need anything else apart from it?

Does it have both high and low beam?

Global Easy Buy

I have 2005 Hyundai Tucson and I feel the headlights are not that effective.
I came across these projector headlamps:

Hyundai Tucson 2005-2009 Clear Dual Halo Projector Headlights with LED | Hyundai Tucson Projector Headlights

Any reviews?
I only need good visibility. Projector optics should be more effective right?
And it also avoids blinding the oncoming traffic. Correct?

Please advise.

Anand, Yes you are right. Projectors will give more effective light. It also depends on the kind of bulb you use. Since you are looking for max visibility, you should go for 4300k color temp HID's since they offer the best visibility range.
Projectors wont blind oncoming traffic unless you use high beam.

No reviews yet of this product.
But I personally use aftermarket projectors in my Swift. It's been over a year now and am completely satisfied. You can check out my thread for videos and pics.

Cheers.!

did a quick check with auto shop in koramangala for hella micro de. since i have been going there regularly got a demo done on the car itself. quit a good throw atleast 200 to 300m. they have quoted 5500 for the entire set.

I had them installed on my Tucson. See snapshot below

IMHO, it looks great and gives the Tucson a menacing look but the positives ends there. Like most after-market projector kits I've come across, the optics in this kit is of below average quality and a trained eye could easily point out their design deficiencies. Though the light output looked marginally better than OE, I was not satisfied with the beam spread. Tested with HID's instead of Halogens in these projector for better illumination but the beam pattern is still not great since these projectors are designed for halogen lamps and not for HID burners. Also you'll lose the motorized HL level adjustment since this kit does not have the provision to directly mate with the OE level adjustment motor.

I had it removed in 3 days flat and in my opinion, they are not worth installing unless you plan to change the projectors to something scientifically designed like the ones from Hella/TSX/FX35/Morimoto and put HID's too (an additional $300 - $400 or so). Since I really likes the looks of it (removes Tucson's quirky stare to a large extend) and having already purchased this kit, that's what I'm planning to do when time permits.
