Still need to be adjusted:D.
How can we adjust a zen headlight. I upgraded to 90/100 with relay & ceramic holders but focusing is off key. Tried to refocus on my own but its still not so bright. Will removing the cap in front of the headlight bulb inside the HL assy help? or should I take to MASS?

bump, bump!
any suggestions would be very helpful.
Raja, this question has been answered multiple times in this thread.
There are 2 ways to do this
1. Get bulbs like Osram +50% or Osram Nightbreaker +90%, Philips Xtremepower +80% and change your stock bulbs. Simple solution
2. Get a relay fitted, with bakelite/ceramic holders, and go for higher wattage Phillips Ralleye bulbs etc.,

I am still wondering if I got the ceramic holders or not when I got my relay setup done. I have no clue what they look like. Do you have any picture showing the ceramic holders?
If you got roots 130X2 W relay, you got bakelite holders. They are more than good enough!
Master and other "desi" brands of hard plastic holders
, which do well until 100W, but any higher, it melts

I guess i will be answering myself :)
Got those caps removed and tried to adjust the focusing myself. was successful in getting some focusing but still the brightness does not indicate that I have 90/100 bulbs. The relay is a Hela one, not sure if this thing is working correctly. The connections all seem fine. I will try and post a pic taken at night.
In my 20 months old CEDIA, only thing I feel lacking is the intensity of headlamp light. I occasionally do overnight highways drives and have been troubled so much by the blinders
As my car is still under warranty, I do not want to touch the electrical part to upgrade the bulb wattage.
To counter this, I changed the headlight to Philips XtremePower 50/65W. I was impressed with the result, but did not meet my requirement completely.
Recently I changed the fog lamp bulb to Orsam Nightbreaker 55W (+90% light) and see slight improvement there as well.
But the CEDIA's fog lamp assembly is just a toy. Changing the bulb alone does not seem to be doing any good.
The service center guy suggested, he can get some bigger size fog lambs (OEM type of Skoda - rectangle shape) which would produce better results. But he quotes Rs.6000 for a pair.
Is it wise to upgrade to bigger, rectangle type fog lamb for halogen bulb, or should I go for a complete HID setup for the fog.
What would be the price difference? How much improvement could it give with an HID over halagon fog lamp?
Idea is to use foglamps like driving lights. But it should look neat and glued to bumber.
Do not want to touch my headlight assembly for obvious reason, the cops and warranty.
Sugegstions please.

I would suggest that you should rather upgrade to 100/90W with relay, ceramic holders and proper heavy duty wiring. Cost would be lesser (Around Rs 1-1.2k) and results would be better.
I too have a Getz and had upgraded to Philips *some*Vision 60/55W. But found them to be inadequate so went for the 100/90w.
You can browse back a few pages and see my post and pics regarding the same.
