Thanks Akshay. Your reply has given me answer to a question for which I was searching the entire Team-BHP. But it was difficult to provide a search string that would give me the answer on using Halogen in Low Beam. So I will now put on Osram NightBreaker. I think Philips Xtreme Power does not come in H1. I will update once I finalize on the headlights

I am not going for HID as I think it costs atleast 6000Rs. The max I can afford at this moment is 2000.Will add it later

dont spend much on the low beam now. get any decent bulbs even if yellow. get hids asap ans youll enjoy your projectors much more.

Folks

Any idea where one can get 4300k, 50Watt HiDs? I want a pair each of H3, H7 and H4 (hi & lo) . Importantly the bulbs should come with a ceramic holder and not plastic.

Go back to original or use Osram All weather. White are totally for looks unless they r xenon.

Yes.Will be going for only a low cost H1 Halogen for the Low Beam at the moment. Will H1 Halogen be available for 500Rs or less?

@Fountainheader: What is the update on your angel eyes from Viper? Have you installed it or still not received it?

raj FH got his projectors from viper only. he has them installed and running great.

Thanks White_VDI. I had missed this post by FH. It looks cool FH!!!
One thing I found is some Angel Eyes have three LEDs as parking lights and some have bulbs. FH has got bulbs it seems

Hello,
Would anyone be kind enough to inform me on the pricing of genuine Osram Nightbreaker H4 65/55W 12.5V bulbs ??
Please treat this question as urgent. Thanks.
Best regards,
Adit.

Zahir,

Do not think you will ever get the price that you might expect.

But then, why bother selling? Just clean it, pack it and store it. It might come in handy sometime.

zahir just keep them at home. pack them and put them somewhere safe. they might be of some use in the future. maybe when you decide to sell the car. i know its too early to think about it but there is no better use.

Was offered 6k for them.... to keep or to sell, that is the question. :)
btw, any idea where i can find those hella 550FEs?

that is quite a lucrative offer man! if you need some cash, go for it. i wasnt expecting it to be more than 4k a pair.

I have one query. There are 3 H4 100/90 bulbs are available

1. Osram - Price 80RS each
2. Philips Rally -120 Rs
3. Halonix -70RS

Which one is better

I suggest you go for Philips Rally. I have it in my zen and I am happy with it.

I would suggest the Philips Rally too. Have tried Halonix +60, but personally found Rally to be better.

Hello Folks,

I am planning to replace the Stock 60/55W Headlamps on my Alto with the Osram Nightbreakers? How good are the Night Breakers and what is the approximate Cost? Where can i get it in Pune?
Will there be a considerable difference compared to the stock Bulbs? Is it worth going for it? Does the wiring need to be changed?
