Here are some more pictures.

Is that a new drive shaft ?? Seems like you are getting more power, hence the drive shaft or was it just a simple worn out axle that went tak tak tak ?

Hope to see your car in ship shape BEFORE the Redline2. It would be interesting to watch fancy cars (or the owner's getting embarrased)

All the best for the build.

Cheers

thats a very innovative project. lot of tuning needs to be done. Its not revving like it should. have you check the valve clearance. Also check the carbs venturies.

following this thread anxiously.

thanks for sharing.

Sir, if you are judging the rev's by the video then things have changed since then, No complains on rev's from my side as of now .

Finally its a 5 speed transmission and the character of the car has completely changed, There is no dull moment as of now. The car is back in run-in phase so have kept it below 4k rpm, The drivabilty is good as of now the car just does not bogg down anywhere

As you said the carb has a lot of work, Now i understand the little differences that come and how important is tuning. Keeping my self patient and waiting for the final setup. Run-in is a pain

5 Speed gearbox has truly worked its magic. I was with Sanyam yesterday night for a run-in drive on NH-1. Car very smooth and no issues anywhere. Running perfectly on a 100+ KM run. Waiting for the run-in to end.

Congrats my friend, this was always your dream and seeing this fall in place truly puts a smile on my face, Your passion with this vehicle is truly inspiring. All the best

Great going !!

Do you intend to continue using compomotives ?? Better get them insured buddy !!

Nice to know the 5 speed has done it's bit of magic !

Now that the Harry Potter Series is coming to an end, we should think about one titled "Phil & his magic W A N D"...get the drift

Cheers

What will happen to compomotives? They seem stronger than the car it self, These are just temporary, but i love them to the core.

Nice to know. Go for the dark grey metallic if you like the color.

NOTHING will happen to them, may just get wacked As they probably cost as much as the car itself !!!!!

Cheers

Lets see, Paint and rest has to wait. As of now the UGLY/WEIRD/OLD look is has to do its work, RUN-IN needs to be completed now.

After 600kms engine has smoothened out, its now more free revving, Custom gear ratios are fun. It feels such a good traffic buster, so agile and keeping good speed under 4k rpm. No need to push the car hard now .

Nice sound, the tail pipe is too close to the wall, so hear some resonance. Nice alloys ! So the car seems all ready for the Redline2 !! Right ?

Cheers

The resonance is the air filter touching the strut bar, Will be fixed in a giffy! If the run-in and final tweaks get completed then yes to redline!
