How much does a 4ft neons cost here in Chennai? I checked and a guy quoted Rs.5-6k for a pair. Is it fine?

StreetGlow Neons

if you want good neons in India, you have to shell, but, its worth it
SG Blue Lines available here for RS13,500
SG Gold Series (limited color choices, no blue) Rs 17,000

Here are pics of my cousin's cars with SG neons
(numberplate not blurred as the cars belong to us and we give our consent)

These are tubes used in disco'z and they come in yellow,green.purple,aqua.neon blue orange and red and costs not more than Rs.130 per tube so even if 1 breaks its affordable
Hmm....i tried this on my kinetic(not funny, dont laugh)it didnt work coz nobody was able to figure out a way of making it work on a vehicle battery.
Anyways pics are below, bought 4 lights,2pairs of green(a la fast and furious)and blue.IT may or may not work on a car,i dunno but mine are up for grabs for free...1 foot tubes.

As already said, these are reallllllllly bright!!
Anyway experiment and post your experiences.

He He it will look cool, rather psychedelic.

SG Neons are very very bright, See the illumination below the indica despite of it being in a very well lit basement.
The Gold Series neons are not available in india, they are two times thicker than the usual blue lines or OPTX series that is available here, there is no Automotive neon that compares Gold Series and they are tough too, also waterproof, My cousin once by mistake waded his car in water near Residency road in rainy season and the neons were on, the neons were literally submerged and they came out on , absolutely nothing happened.
He had thought they must have gone .
