1:10 is the mixing ratio. I also put in just a capfull. But I'm not using tap water. It's from my Aquaguard, so result is good. And no clogs

I think best will be to use glass cleaner concentrate with distilled water. Like diluted version of colin. What do you guys think.

Ratio maybe three times diluted than colin or 4.

I have tried this and it does not work well. Wiping is not as good. Leaves streaks. Also had a negative effect on the wiper blades. They became brittle.

I have had a good experience with the Ecstar Screen Wash concentrate (supplied as Maruti Genuine Accessory). Only thing is, I dilute one pack in 2 litres of water, instead of 1 litre as recommended.

Yes, This is very good. I always keep a couple of sachets in the glovebox for emergency middle of journey use. Usually, I use the proklear wash concentrate 5ml in 2L of water and ensure that the reservoir is topped up periodically

Hyundai service centers used to provide 'Wurth' Windshield Washer fluid earlier and I have been using the same for past 3 years. During my last service, they updated that I need to procure washer fluid myself, from outside.

I ended up getting one from shell petrol pump - Shell Windshield wash. Costed Rs139 for 100ml bottle. Made in Bengaluru, under license from Kemetyl Nederland.

Recently I’ve been using this windshield washer by shine x pro. It’s quite good but the only issue I faced was that you have to put a little less than what the bottle states else it leaves a soapy stain on the windshield. Other than that it cleans bird poop quite well and dries fast too.

An acquaintance got his cars windscreen professionally polished using Cerium Oxide. Plenty videos online that show how good professionals do it.

For everyday standard use, I myself use diluted WaveX car shampoo. However they seem to have steeply increased the price by 50% since when I bought it. So, I guess most other car wash shampoos would very likely do a fairly ok job. I guess a Cerium Oxide polish maybe once every 2-3 years should be much more than enough. And toothpaste+newspaper is always there if you're really keen to reduce very minor swirls mid-journey.

I have been using this for few months now. Was pretty useful during my long highway drives during the monsoon.

I found it to be mildly soapy during the initial sprays then tends to die down. Doesn't leave any marks like mentioned on some Amazon reviews. For me, after topping up the windshield container, this lasts for around 60%. The rest 40% just throws blue liquid with very little soapy consistency.

I also occasionally clean the windshield with a detailing clay and the wipers now work really well.

I am using this : PROKLEAR WWC-AR

Can measure the exact amount as per the washer tank size and I have also put some in an empty spray bottle to be used for cleaning the windshield, mirrors and windows.
Excellent results in cleaning and there is noticeable water beading as well.
This turns out to be significantly more economical than the 3M glass cleaner solution.

I'm not very bothered about the cost as one tank fill lasts ages (I think its about 5 ltr) even though I use the washer at least a couple of times every trip (always before starting.) It seems to work well, especially since i chucked out my previous wipers, which were always a bit streaky, and installed Bosch Clear Advantage.

Previously, I was using the VW-ASS-supplied fluid. It was very good, but now my car is 9, and stuff like warranty belongs to its youthful days long ago, I'm not going to dealer-ASS.

Before that I was using Wurth, and I recall swearing by it. But it came in single-dose bottles and it was both expensive and hard to find.

Fill up the windshield reservoir with water and drop one tablet. It takes sometime to dissolve.
