Hey Mrinal! Have patience my friend as I have also been told that delivery time could be between 2-4 weeks as our Indian Customs suck!! What is your package tracking say? Believe me, most of the time the package reaches India in no time but is kept with the customs for God knows what and hence the delay. I have experienced this first hand when I had my rims imported, they were with customs for almost a week!!

Hey Mrinal! Then I suggest you better write to the seller and find out what's happening. But then if your tracking status says that it has already reached India then see if you can contact customs/courier guys and find out why a non-electronic item is stuck/with held with them.

This is the reply that I recieved from the DSP store

Commonly it needs 2-4 weeks, floating due to the India Custom Security check. Could you help to check with the India Local Post Office? Since the shipping information would be updated by them after the package enters India.
Went to the post office today and they informed that they have not received any package for me. Can any one help me in getting in touch with the customs? What information I shall be ready with so that they can answer my question?

Did you give the post office your package tracking number?? They should be able to help you then.

I suggest you first check out the different car security systems available in Bangalore and do check their remotes. You can probably click a photograph of each as a reference. Choose the one you plan to install. I suggest you keep a couple of options & then check the different flip key cases available at the DSP Store and see which matches the best and looks good (if that matters to you) and you are sorted. The one that I have chosen is the only one that matches with my aftermarket Xenos Firewall 350 Security System remote.

Use a friend's credit card if possible or someone in your family. That is what I did.

Just one more question.

The site mentions a case. Is that all you need? Though the images do show a key, it is not mentioned specifically. Other sites mention a blank key with the case.

Confirm and I will order it for you.

Hi.. can you please tell me the complete model number of your xenos firewall system. I will buy the same one and then order the same flip key that you ordered from the DSP store.
If possible please post a few pics of your flip key.

The guys at DSP told me to find a remote that looks like this-->

Thanks for the offer Sir and by the way you are right, somehow I ended up thinking that it includes the blank key as shown in the images. I guess I'll right an e-mail to Dinodirect and then get a confirmation first.
Once I get the confirmation I'll let you know! Thanks once again.

For those with CreditCard issues, DinoDirect seems to accept payment via PayPal too. And if your Debit Card has a MC or Visa logo, that too would work.

I have a different question: My Linea came with a Fob Key and the spare key is plain Jane - meaning it just unlocks and locks all the doors when turned in the slot. So if I want another Fiat Fob - I basically have to go FIAT - right?
