Re: Best sites to buy parts online Even I faced issues with Boodmo, I had ordered a couple of struts and it was delayed. Unfortunately, I had to reach out to their customer care team and I am appalled by their attitude. I am not even sure if they read our emails or if they understand the problem.

As mentioned earlier, I will not be available from Thursday to take delivery of the parts so it would be great if you could get it delivered by then, if not, I would like to go for cancellation. We’ll try to get the shipment returned to the origin and will refund you the amount once it is received back.
Just in case, the courier partner tries to deliver your order before we could process the return, you can deny accepting it. The refund in that case too shall be initiated after we receive the part back at our hub

Hi Arun, I am not sure if you are understanding the problem. I am canceling it because it did not reach me on time. When I placed the order, it was mentioned that I would receive the product on 13th May 2024. However, it's 15th May 2024 today and it is still not delivered.
I will be available to take the product today however if your delivery partner tries to deliver it tomorrow, no one will be around to collect it or refuse delivery. I do not want the delivery agent to drop the product somewhere and mark it as delivered. I hope you understand the problem now, look forward to a suitable resolution. Incase you haven't received the order please let us know within the next 24 hours.
I am appalled by their customer service and judging by the interaction with them, I am pretty sure that if something goes wrong I would be spending a good number of days chasing them. The phone number does not work and only sends us links to webpages for refunds, cancellations, etc. we will have to contact the customer care team via the website and there is no provision for escalation or to talk to anyone. All we have to do is type in our query and they will get back.
I for sure will not be buying anything from them going forward.
