I remember seeing this on the spare tyres, today we had given the vehicle for the 1st schedule services and it is missing from the tyre after it is delivered back from the service station.
ajitsank,
I don't think the spare wheel comes with the logo. Infact most of the aftermarket alloys don't come with the center logo for the spare wheel.

How does that work, it would look ugly, once we change the tyre to the spare one.

The center logo is more like a cap which is removable/replaceable

I dont think so. You pay for each wheel and the dust cap. The dealer owes you the cap on the 5th rim or 6th rim whether you use it or not.

all the aftermarket alloys comes with the center cap, even if you buy a set of five you will get it. and same goes with the oe alloys but in most cases 5th oe rim is normal rim and one has to buy the 5th alloy from the company.

This used to be the case until someone sued a company and a ruling was passed to supply the same wheel and rim for the spare too.
A couple years ago, Ksethuram got a letter from Maruti to go claim his 14" alloy and tyre for his Swift ZXi which had come with the regular steel rim and 165 size tyre originally when sold.

My ZXi does not have the Suzuki logo on the spare wheel. Silly but true.

I guess the one on theMAG's Swift is a old gen OEM spoiler.
Have got one from MGA today and was told that they have only one design of spoiler right from the beginning. Not sure whether that was right info. FYC

Which showroom Suprise ? IIRC, Kapico had something which was similar to the one I have now. But was quoted 6500 inc painting and fixing.

How much did it cost you ? And how about a couple of pics ?
