ECU, car electricals, dual batteries and K&N filter

I am planning to install extension to existing car electricals and have some questions around it:

(Car: Lancer Slxi)

Puddle lamps: will share the wiring with the central cabin light. (This will be a DIY)
Glovecase light: will share the wiring with the front cabin light. (This will be a DIY)
JVC screen: i am using already sharing the cable with the front cabin light.
Extra fog lamps: i already have 2 stock lancer fog lamps installed on the font bumper and will install 2 more. (DIY)
Extra battery: i have a spare one and it will go bad if i don't use it. I am planning to get an amp as well so will be a help. (DIY)

Questions:
Do i need to change any fuse so that it can handle extra load?
Will changing the fuse to a higher rating - say from 10 to 20, will pose a threat to the ECU?
Can the ECS burn because of any of the above things?
Do i need to change the respective wiring as well?
Will an extra battery affect the alternator? Like putting extra load or harm the alternator?

About K&N, i have a filter installed in my car and i need to clean it: how can i maintain it without a proper cleaning kit? (i searched the forum and everyone was suggesting cleaning kit from k&n)

Any other things that i need to take care of? Any more details that you want? Questions?

Thanks!
