The mid-13s nitrous OHC from Bangalore is also running bone-stock driveshafts with close to 100 shot fired upon launch in first gear itself.
Wow, thats good to know. If they can handle that sort of power, I wont have to worry about my cars driveshafts for as long as i live. Hehe

Great job done. Many congratulations.
Consider installing driver side airbags, should help.

Congratulation Jitu...

This just proves "The Lust of power is the strongest of all passions".

Unbelievable..... The Dyno records speak for itself...This work and dedication commands respect... Great work Jitu bahai...

Few points that i would love to know.

1) Upgrade's on Brakes (Mind-blowing power requires mind-blowing brakes)
2) Have you worked on the PS to manage 17psi on the front wheels?
3) have you been able to test the top speed on this monster.

With Great Power come Great Responsibility

Drive Safely

Waiting to see this monster in action.

This is arguably the most looked forward to thread on the forum. For months, a lot of people, including me, were too damn curious and anxious to know what's gone into that monster build and what it's capable of putting out.
Having seen the dyno, my reaction is pure shocked awe!
Congrats Jitu. Very few people have the determination to chase their dreams and the persistence to deal with the numerous setbacks that occur along the way. I'm glad you went the whole nine yards. I'm sure you have every car lover sharing your achievement and joy.
Was going to ask you for a ride on the rally day, but seeing you had some PS issues, I didn't think it appropriate. Well, next time, I'll ask for sure.
Drive safe!

"oh ji vah ji vah! ki gaddi banayi! dill khush karta!!"
Simply blown off my feet in the far wilderness of the endless space! You here have redefined what it means to extract power. 350bhp
and a proposition to go upto 420-430 in case the need be. Had i not read this here and heard through word of mouth, I'd have dismissed outright but you here sir and your car and the little 1.75 litre "chhuparustam" under that hood have just added another little chap to the long list of fans.
Cheers to the mother of all city's in INDIA and cheers to the guy who dares everyday to handle that mother

Thanks a lot guys. Your comments made me feel special...! & it means a lot to me. Thank you once again.

@ GTO, Be prepared we will test it with VBox along with monkey, once i get my suspension setup installed & this would be on an empty stretch. that would show you the real power.

@salilpawar1, Sure, i will be there most probably again on tuesday for some P.S work.

@ Speed Serpant, yeah it has been painted at A.R & i am very happy with my decesion.

1) Currently running Willwood big brake kit in front which is ok for up to 10 psi & i found it inadequate for 17+ Psi, hence higher boost will be safe only on empty stretches.
2) in process
3) not tested yet, but Top speed should do & easy 250+Kph with new suspension & 225 advans put in front & rear to help car firmly grounded, but considering the aerodynamics & a light weight chasis of OHC, i wont go above 210 or 225 max on this car that too for testing purpose only in an controlled environment. one should know his limitations.

if i could lay my hands on a smiley that showed me whistling, that would be my response to your achievement.

You are going to have a sweet time smoking off any exotics/supercars you see on the road, Aren't ya??

Amazing build you got there my friend. The figures look amazing but i just had one question in mind is that soo much hp in a front wheel drive ..would be fast but would it be as much fun as a rear wheel drive???

Funny you should mention that.

I just came across this video of a 400hp D16Z6 Civic which has been converted into an AWD.

Well given that the main purpose of the car is drags & straight line performance, spacers (properly designed & built, of course) might just work Ricky.

Hey Jitu...
Great work man...

What are flared arches?

Is it possible to convert an OHC to AWD?
