Got this for my Optra front windshield for 4.5k and girlfriend's Zen for 3.5k with bill and warranty. Very good product. A/c cooling has greatly improved.

Ok folks, I finally got Llumar Platinum Series Neutral 20SR film done in my Palio (all windows except windscreen). Cost me 4900/- Visibility is good enough, even at night. It is way darker than I thought I would actually go for, but I'm quite satisfied. It has a subtle reflective quality that isn't overboard.

I also got black masking vinyl done on my B pillars (I have a 1.2 ELX, and so it did not have the black tape originally) to go with the tints. Got the vinyl done free, with the tints.

I put these things in a small folder & show it whenever necessary. I dont like any kind of stickers inside or outside my car.

Sunfilm Dealers in Bangalore

After reading through the posts, looks like v-kool is the best. I'm in Bangalore and I want to know who I can go to for sunfilms.

I have a couple of choices

1. My Honda dealer. ( would be expensive than others, but give 5yrs warr.)
2. PitStop.

Anyone else who's really GOOD?

V-KOOL comes with 5 year warrantee. Doesn't have anything to do with Honda dealer.

Hi guys,

I have Llumar installed on my vehicle with a clear film on the front windshield too. Now ive been going through this thread and there have been discussions on whether sun film is required on the front winshield or not. Well, everyone knows that the largest glass on a vehicle is the front windsheild, which means that the most amount of heat, glare, etc enters the vehicle through that area. The main culprit for heating up your car is the front windshield and not the sides or the rear. So, yes installing a clear film on the front definitely helps. But that does not mean that one leaves the side glasses without a film.

I paid a total of 10K for my film. The front was around 6K alone. But all, said and done, extremly effective.
