I believe that stretch Endy was supposed to be a gift for the first prize winner in a reality show in Malayalam. It was like you can choose the Endy or a budget flat I think. I guess the winner chose the flat.

Is it a regular Endeavour or the stretch limo? And what's with the suspension?

I think its a regulat Endeavour made to look like a monster truck and hence the suspension has been raised so much.

Thats exactly right!
Its one of the most impressive monster truck impressions i have seen here. its got the snorkel, the agressive bull bar, the extra lights.

I loved the stretched Endy but I think it needs a rim change. Something more chromish. The stocks are the best lookers on the Stock Endy.
