Hi-Lift Jack

Any idea if these types of hi-lift jacks are available here and cost indication, if so.

What is the actual purpose of this? As far as I know, we use jack to replace the tires
And this one fits in the tyres and how we can replace it if needed?

adc, while you're at it you could also check out the exhaust air jack. Can be very useful in soft mud or sand. No idea about availability here.

Yes this is also a very useful product that can do the unstuck job, but looks like nothing over here for both.
