@ricky - Sir most likely will be going for the 1.8 TFSi laura that is going to be launched with a six speed manual gearbox. Have asked for a test drive, if am impressed with it then will surely go for it otherwise, quest for a RS is on.

The new laura 1.8TSFi mmmmmm....sounds nice. 160 Bhp on tap ?? Seems like the Skoda guys inspite of their shortcomings in the After Sales deptt still manage to churn out decent engine options.

Do share your view on the drive, when you get the TD

Cheers

Hey V6turbo, thanks for the pics, i envy you having a 328. However, im confused what ideas i can take out of your car, since cosmetically it looks brand new inside out. Maybe you didn't see the completed project pics. Cheers though!

Well I went through the final work and the output is amazing and neat.

the only issue or what i would call is my opinion will be regarding the Alloy wheels. I am not sure if you do have any future plans to upgrade them or not but I would say, if you do, you should stick to simple heavy 5 spoke 17inch or may 18 if you are brave enough, like the arush's old project on E36 coupe(check on his website). But on the other hand I would say you have certainly made an effort to keep the family of E36 alive.

Thanks

hey guys, was reading this thread n found it very interesting. i see everyone talking ( negative ) about arushs work but i dont agree on it. i think he does a great job. im not saying this only because he is a pal but also because i got a car completely restored from him. when i say completely, i mean the body line ( one of the door and one fender was totally rusted ) , paint, Full suspension, breaks etc etc. forgot to mention the interiors and ice. AND GUESS WHAT, WHICH CAR IS THIS, ITS A BMW E36 316I 1995 MODEL.

Congrats Varun!! The Car looks Superb. The Paintjob and Interiors are out of the world!!! and I agree with you, People have ups and downs, But TODAY ARUSH and the AUTOPSYCHE brand is still the best when it comes to making your car look good.

Your car deserves a separate thread Varun. Request the mods to split it up!!!

What endcan is your car running ? It seems like a locally made can. The kind that "Silencer Garage" makes in connaught place.

Is it a real screamer ?

Cheers

The endcan was also purchased from arush , the sound id real deep and its not like the side ones which make more sound than required. I personally loved the look of this one on my car so..

Cheers. ( by the way that w124 was sent to bombay last week and im using it out there. took a call to keep her for good. )
