Wonderful job!
Dippy called me this afternoon and asked me to have a look at your Lancer. The word "scissor doors" got me going, "Is autopshyche stupid or what?" Now that I've seen the pics, I just can't stop grinning.
Keep it up, buddy.

Thanks a lot Dippy, Jesal, bhp, iceman, Sridhar, Tarun, aah78, Aditya and everyone else.

rtech: rear suicide doors is a wonderful idea, still not gotten over this one yet so havent had enough time to apply brains elsewhere

revtech: 65k is just for the vertical door system

Shan2nu: ingress and outgress does get hampered a lot since u have to squeeze yourself in from the back of the door, but its not that inconvinient either, healthier people might have an objection to that! you gain some u lose some...

Wolf: the car is pretty loaded, 2.5lac audio video equipment, performance mods include K&N, 4x1 header and 2inch exhaust downpipe to the rear end mated to a free flow, fuel pressure regulator, HKS iridium plugs, splitfire booster plug wires, ported polished cylinder head, it also has a 3inch Autogauge tachometer with shiftlight. We might be adding a sunroof next week.

The decals got finalized today so ill be taking the pics during the day tomorrow.

Sahil, panorama wont fit on to the lancer coz its damn big! its only for the new accord, E class and CRV and modified scorpio roof line, among indian cars.... So this will be fitted with a regular size elctronic slide glass. we also have to keep the weight in check its already so heavy with the kit and all, the vertical door kit itself is weighing at over 18kgs! ill give u the details about the roofs in detail in another thread k.
