So this week I am also planning to put those skirts from the dealer itself. Got 5% discount on accessories, so comes to 19K for 4.

Why don't you spray paint on the tail lamps (black), will look good on the white car.
Photoshoped ur car, not perfect though.

@gopi..thanks.. the skirting should look too good on copper too.. price seems reasonable..go for it mate. Also, make sure the work is done before you. There are washers (clips) that holds to the body as well as a narrow glue band (in the upper edge of the kits) that is peeled off to stick against the body. So, insist on cleaning the surface and beneath of the car before doing so. And one important thing, is not to wash the car immediately, as the glue needs 3-4 hrs to dry and stick completely..

BTW, the Photoshopped image looks great.. especially the dark lamps... I would prefer a smoke one though, instead of paint.. any idea how to paint/smoke the lamps?

Also, got a local muffler tip yesterday..

So the front skirt has the highest chances of scraping.BTW how did you measure the gc?

I already got a slight scrap on the front skirt (below) when parking the car over a side enlongated pavement in a community center.. Measurement taken with a scale of course.

Hey itnerd, one suggestion to you,At the rear where the exhaust tip projects out you can paint the skirt matt black for that section. Its the lowest part of the rear skirting.

IMO, you could buy an aftermarket ENDCAN (such as magnaflow etc)..and endcan would go nicely with the rear skirting and will sound great too.

Even I wanted to tint the tail lamps without painting,so that we can remove it when we don't need it. But the dealers says he can only paint and those kind of tint are not available here. I have seen these kind of tints in the website DECALFX.com! Smoked Headlight Film Tint Overlays Vinyl Decals Stickers Lens Protection for Head Lights, Fog Lights, Foglights, Tinted Smoke Windscreen, Lens Paint

The muffler looks similar to MGA, but it should project out little bit. How much did it cost.

Even I am worried about this problem. Is there any deformation in the front skirt ?

Verified the GC with other cars.
SX4 VXI - 180 mm
SX4 ZXI - 190 mm
Honda Civic - 170 mm
Honda City - 160 mm

So SX4 ZXI after skirting 170 mm is okay.
