Guys,I am a getting 2007 6 -Speed manual Honda CR-V soon,so I wanted to know about the various options I have to boost the performance of the car.I will be grateful if you can list all the stuff that I can use.I just want a marginal increase in the power and acceleration,I will be happy with a 15HP gain:) Thanks

Hi

Congrats on your new CRV. The manual is anyday a great one to drive. I think it has adequate power already. Is it worth sacrificing warranty for just 15 BHP ? I think not, but if you must - get the FFE & Conical Filter, that should be enough to "make you feel more power" !!!

Cheers

well i suggest you get a standalone ecu. that should give you the gains you need. then after a while you can get a k&n apollo or a green storm cold air intake and a free flow exhaust.

Well,I dont mind getting more than 15bhp too:D
Thanks n yes the 6 speed manual is simply awesome.:) Cant wait to get it.I will be posting lots of pics after getting it.

I think FFE & Intake job is the best way to get a little bit more out of your car, but dont expect 15bhp. Realistically somewhere around 9bhp.

not really.. wait atleast for 1000-1500kms before you do anything,

Ideally wait till 2nd service to get things done, around 5000kms to be precise.

it doesnt make much sense buying a new vehicle for Mods as it will void the warranty, but it depends on personal choice

K&N and FFE should be a good starting point though
