Installed Boge dampers on my Hyundai Getz | Bounciness reduced

I have been sensing some pitching, over bumpy roads, and reckoned the rear dampers were going 'soft'! 17 years & 66,000 miles on the odo.

Today I got my BOGE OEM dampers installed and the difference is impressive. More 'firmness' = Less 'boingg' . The two dampers were sourced in UK, off eBay for £56 pair. That is extremely good value for quality parts.

My local garage fitted them for me, took about 2 hours (I walked round the corner to my house, had a coffee. The guy phoned later). The Getz as noted in test drive reports has a slightly 'bouncy ride'. It is essential to keep the damping fresh because it made this car EXTREMELY bouncy.
