Re: Do in-car air purifiers work? Yes they work, just get one that’s not an ioniser (no risk of ozone that way) and is powerful enough to actually provide a decent clean air delivery rate (CADR).
I’ve used the Philips GP9311 for over a month now and it’s been great. In addition to PM 2.5 and 10 levels, it can also pick up hazardous gas levels, for those who park in covered garages, carbon monoxide buildup is a very real threat and this can help alert you if CO does start building up in the cabin.
