It feels good to see a PPL Viceroy. These are very rare compared to the 118 NE. But again as you rightly pointed out, a wrong car has been chosen for such a mod. Such cars should be kept as close to original as possible.

Can someone explain what exactly is that thing on the bonnet? Any utility?

It appears like the car is ready for the war zone with rocket launchers.

It's a fake supercharger... You may have seen something similar on the muscle car in fast and furious...

Lolzz...a supercharged NE 118...

Dude those are afterburners. Very serious, very expensive (and well executed, I might add) mod on the basic 150cc pulsar.
Did you manage to take a photo of the tanks that store the rocket fuel fuel?

Boss, infact I was just going to the Police Station to lodge a NC complaint for the stolen main water pipelines of my building. Now I know where are those pipes which are cut into various sizes for the high performance Exhaust system of this bike..

But isn't this should be driven properly or little accelaration or poor braking can take it to the MARS instead.

Saw this Sierra parked on the right side after the EC1 toll. The finish is very nice (notice the paint job and alloys), but the mod is an eye sore.

I guess this should be part of the Weird and Wacky Mods thread.

But then what happened to the doors? Shouldn't this classify to be illegal as well apart from the whackiness of the mod?

add a main rotor plus a tail rotor, few more tubes to taste and you have a AH-64 Longbow (a.k.a Apache attack helicopter) replica on two wheels!

see the resemblence? no?

Definitely illegal, not to mention unsafe. One barrier to prevent occupants from flying out of the car (other being the seatbelt) is completely removed.

My guess is that it is a show car of some kind. Not a daily drive.

This is a "convertible", err.. slightly varied in that protection on the sides is removed. Or it might be a getaway car; no need to fumble with keys, doors etc., but how far/fast can you getaway? Certainly not a gangsta car too as it offers little protection against bullets.
