This Indica wants protection from cars hitting the rear.
He had got this only on the rear.

This was spotted when MCR and I were tavelling over the silk board flyover

I really don't understand the need for these bull bars

Fact is, these morons don't want their car bumpers to get damaged when they park with a bird's brain. I've seen lot of 'L' board tins from Maruti wearing these.

Thats what I do not understand.

At slow speeds these damage the other car's bumper if they touch when they park.
Without these guards bumpers of both the cars will suffer much less damage

At high speeds, the chassis itself will be damaged, since they generally are bolted to the chassis.

So why do they spend money on such useless crap.

Guess to save the bumper they don't mind damage to the chassis! More relevant is the damage these do to other cars!

1.Keeping the plastic covers on seats to protect them even if they are dirty
2.Installing bull bars to protect bumpers even if they damage the chassis

When people do this and many others without anybody telling them to do so, Why do they need to be told about:

1. Wearing helmets and seatbelts to protect themselves
2. Not to jump signals and obey traffic rules for safety

They give more priority to machines than human life

Necessity is the mother of invention. Probably he couldnt find the OEM ones. Spares for the Corsa are hard to come by.

Seems to be somekind of a stand for a person. If you look closely there are 4 toggle switches as well on the top. Probably a camera unit for a local news channel or something like that.
This mod also seems dangerous though. Too much of load on the rear, the car could wheelie! On other thoughts is this a 'wheelie guard designed to hold the wheelie like a bike!

It's not BULL BARS , I think this owner is into alluminium sliding windows business,
and this allu strip must be left over at any of his sites , so instead of selling it in scrap he fixed it here.

Or better still place a really hefty and heavy person on that platform and nano will do a Wheelie

Build a cage around the platform and it can be a good hunting vehicle, although the Nano and its occupants would be the hunted
