Yeah, except for the hanger, it's a pretty good looking Alto. 100 bucks says the guys a BHPian. Look at the sticker, it's a direct copy of the official "I Drive Safe!" design.

Can't put my finger on it (yet very close). What car has he sourced the rear tail lamps from?

Except for the ugly hard-top and quad exhaust pipes, I quite like this Xenon.

not very sure but looks like its from a old generation Toyota or maybe even Honda. been scouring the net for similar tail lights, but haven't found a perfect match.

re: Pics of weird & wacky mod jobs in India!

I spotted these modified vehicles on my way back to home after visiting the Guruvayoor Temple, Kerala.

Pardon me for the low quality pics. Yes, I captured these images with a mobile cam!

1) A private bus with cloth hanger

re: Pics of weird & wacky mod jobs in India!

@Klubclass, That's not a cloth hanger (spoiler). It's an aesthetically designed Luggage rack up there. You can see it in a lot many private buses

The Hindustan Merc looks neatly done. Wacky nevertheless

That amby looks hideous. And that 118NE has lights sourced from 1980s Toyota Corona.

This one's a classic! Jeep Grille, Ford Badge, 5 lakh rupee asking price....oh wait, did I mention Tata Sierra?

I hope it gets stuck in a Desert (Desert Dueller it seems), never to return to civilization.

re: Pics of weird & wacky mod jobs in India!

Saw this one revving in a traffic jam. For all I know, i think he was intending to take off. With the "wings" he had on, he might as well be able to.
