This City looks inspired by those racing video games.

Talking about that Swift, well it had a temporary no.(makes it less than 1 month old unless he is still driving it illegally) and all those plastic seat covers. You are right. There is a lot of soot near the exhaust.

The thing that makes it wacky and weird(may be only I dislike it or being like this) is the triangular cross sectioned side skirting. I've seen many side skirting that give an absolute natural look to the car, especially on OHCs and NHCs. This surely gives an artificial feel. I couldn't capture the front bumper but you can have a glimpse near the front left tyre how it is protruding.

yes yes, i know this one has made an appearance here.
just a different angle.
This guy is in noida.
and he has spent considerable amounts of money on the car and the mods.
the truck's a hilux, as far as i could figure out.
the light on the bar is entirely functional, probably useful for nighttime off-road excursions.

the wacked out bits are, in a quick view, the cab is a hatchback, with a ZEN hatch !!!
and the rear lights are straight off of an accord...
nice work, putting in flimsy bits on the invincible....too much free time and money...

The Honda City, as we all know, is very popular in the 'tuner-scene'. Unfortunately, there are some examples that are destroyed. Like this one.

The design may be OK, but the execution was plain ghastly. The bumpers were crude and appaling, and the wheels, which seem to be the only thing that's 'alright', has seen better days.

Heck, another one. And this wing seems to have been made by mounting a couple of bug deflectors on the boot.

And those bumpers on OHC seriously look crappy.

That spoiler is the closest I've ever seen to a dysfunctional mod.

nope, you can't blame the movie or the games - its just the person's poor taste and lack of brains! in the movie and the game, the spoilers are indeed functional, but when it reaches the Indian roads is when it becomes non-functional!

Haha...true!!
But then movies and games do work as catalyst at least for those with poor taste and for those who have no idea about what 'mods' are. To summarize it all I think it will be fair to say that India has quite a few RICERS now.

Anyways, these GT wings are quite common now. Are they really cheap?? OEM spoilers, those subtle ones we see on balenos/OHCs/Fiestas cost around INR 15k.

Any idea about the cost of these locally made cloth hangers??

Regards.

Why did they had to rice out such a nice car??

And I wonder what this guy did with those fab lookin' Spider Alloy wheels!!

Is it really an RS or just a vanilla Octavia Rider with RS badging? No one will ever know!

That front bumper is a direct evo 5 lift.

I know, Pramod! I'd forgotten to mention that. The large protruding fogs and the intake designed around it is all Evo 5! This bumper would've looked better on a Lancer, rather than on a City!

Most probably it indeed is a vRS cuz AFAIK the Rider was not equipped with the Spoiler type Electronic Sunroof (as seen in the second pic in the classified). If the owner got it retro-fitted on the Rider, then I may be wrong.
