The Fabia seems to be a revenge on the owner of the car ! For sure vandalised.

The 3rd and 4th Pic's car come like that only I guess. Because you can see the links in between the vents and the grove on the body for it to sit when closed. Some VW cars too came with such openings earlier. They are similar to the window blinds !
