I dont think the BMW belongs here. I guess he's got the plates from the dealer he bought it from. And ya there's nothing weird or wacky about it anyway.

No way its a DC Gypsy. I can vouch for that. The mod job even on his earlier models were top notch and the design execution was never like this. I know almost all his designs done right from his earlier days.

The modified Wagon R is amazing, one cannot imagine that it can be converted into futuristic model. This could have been done in some other country like Japan or Hongkong.
