Have been seeing this for years, whenever I visit New Market. Parked cars are also used as display stands for flowers and handbags. Lets just say its a happy symbiosis between the shopkeepers inside New Market (who MUST park their cars in that area) and the hawkers outside.

But err, how does this qualify as a mod job?
