Wow. There's a whole Premier Padmini hidden under that monstrosity! After you mentioned it, I took a closer look. The only giveaway are the pedals and transmission tunnel in the interior pic. Otherwise, a very well disguised mongrel and near impossible to tell its pedigree.

no offece from the owner , so no need to blur the number

So have a guess on which car it is..?
yup it looks like an indica/indigo. the door panels, handles and creases are a dead giveaway

This is a FIAT and this one has already been posted on the forum but then the car was painted white.
It has a statement on its side which says "REBIRTH OF TITANIC ON THE MOON".

Have spotted this many a times near BEL circle.

Spotted this zen today with green and silver color patterns made all over. It looked really weird. Sorry for poor quality pic as I took it from some distance. One old man was sitting inside and I did not want to embarrass him.

Okay, I know this isn't too weird but it is just an example of poor taste.

TBH, i dont think there is a significant amount of bad taste. In fact , I like the fiat - it looks a bit gangsta all it needs to do is lose the roof rails, alloy wheels would have made it tasteful actually, but then the wheels would be worth almost as much as the car

Half the taxis in Mumbai have these accessories.

@greenhorn. Gangsta yo! I had received praises and brickbats (from the purists) when I'd made a Gangsta Fiat on Photoshop.

Oh yes that's a fiat and the owner is an industrialist. Stays in mathikere IIRC, used to be white in color earlier and then was changed to red.

Dint you check the infamous rear NHC tail lamps ?

It has already been posted on this thread once earlier by our moderator Mahesh (theMAG) .
