Did that Ikon come as a Junk waste. Looks like that from the place where it is parked.

Looking at the spoilers, looks like the owner intended to fly the ikon.

Saw this Honda City in Khan market.
Looked whacky to me

and saw this E 240 near Sarai Rohilla.
He has put 2 dual exhaust pipes. Its not properly fitted and they are just for looks

Hate the guy who has done this to such a good car

That Wagon R looks ok to me.
It would have looked better if the wheel was on right side.
That rim is good.

But will the metal be able to take load of the Alloyed and the Tyre ? In long run it is bound to give problems IMO.

You are right.
WagonR's rear cannot take that kinda weight. Infact, any Maruti's vehicle cannot take that weight (except GV, ofcourse).
