Guys, it is NOT a factory option. This car was repainted at Pandit & Co. when it was brand new, the owner also has a last-gen CR-V in a Bright Yellow, Silver combo.

Chennai based jewelery designer Nalini Pandey has modified a 1996 Amby. Maybe she got the idea of modifying an Amby from Discover Travel & Living - Manish Arora.

I had seen the amby in that show that Manish Arora modifies. Gosh ! a decent looking color (not sure whether it was white or red) and then transformed it into a poster car. It was yuckky ! but then again everyone has their own taste but man, i was taken by his guts.

@diwa: atleast she did not follow him on the exterior i suppose though the interior might have been truly inspired from his car.

i guess this pandit dude is famous for the worst colors on luxury car combos. the paint job is good the colors are not. just saw a DL reg octi with a bright orange job in bombay. no prizes for guessing who painted it. have a small pic will upload later in the day

He's famous for top-quality paint jobs. The colours are the client's choice so why blame him? Tomorrow if you go to him & ask him to paint your car in a Lime Green colour with Hot Pink interiors, he'll do it. After all it's your money & your car!
