Its definitely a photshopped one, but people are so wacky that it calls for attention .

This car was completely freaky. It had those little LED bulbs everywhere in the car, the steering, the inner door panels, rear windshield etc.

Of course! I digitally doctored it myself with a raster graphics editor.

I don't like the verb, "photoshopped" because I stay away from Adobe's Photoshop.

I took the raw image from rocksterraghu's post #3764 on this same thread.
... and manipulated it with a cheap vintage raster graphics editor called Paint Shop Pro. (now owned by Corel).
