Aha my dear brethren. Been time since I posted something. But what brings me to post is not the car itself. Sure as I have made a few good road trips to Himachal, jammu and within Punjab and the car runs beautifully. What brought me to post was what I saw outside my hospital window one day. During lunch time I frequently ogle at the cars that come in and go out but THIS THIS is what caught my attention. Feel free to fire your guesses. Here goes,

It is a Himachal registered vehicle and leaves one confused as to what it is. So start guessing. Will have a good time.

Looks to be a Corolla from the spare wheel. Could be another car using the wheel from a Corolla.

Wing mirrors and door handles may look similar to Corolla, rear door profile is a give away

It sure appears to be from India. Mostly from down south, given the color of auto standing next to it.

The donor vehicle appears to be a Tata Mobile / 207 / 206. A very limited nber of that car was made in 4X4 config if I am not mistaken.

The donor car appears to have a 4X4 hub in the pic, but given my limited knowledge, I might very well be incorrect about the 4X4 bit.
