This seems to be some sort of a modified vehicle for use by some religious/spiritual leader during occasions or events à la the Popemobile. I recall seeing a Honda Jazz with a similiar conversion somewhere on the social media few years back too.

A private bus done up with Ambassador trims on its front facade. It can be surely concluded that the bus owner is an Ambassador fan and he is portraying and propagating his love for the iconic car through his possession.:Cheering:

This is not a one-off case. The sunroof obsession is such that my society has got an Eon and a Celerio with 'stickered sunroofs' and a baleno with a full blown Panoramic sunroof sticker rl:
