Spotted this chopped Fortuner today.

Since the last few days, I have been seeing lots of modded lancers/old city vtecs/Esteems with their roofs fully removed and teenagers popping out that too at high speeds. It looks outright horrible. Shouldn't the traffic police confiscate those cars as it also violates the MV Act.
