Looks like straight up misalignment - on both tyres, the RHS is worn down. Positive camber would make the outsides of the tyres wear down.

Minus the Audi logo and with a decent paint job, it would have looked neat! The designers of the facelifted Indian Duster could have taken a cue from this to enhance the bland rear of the car rather than add wacky plastic claddings.
