Yup, i guess Picasso would have applied for euthanasia (as extreme step) or would have quit 'all forms of art' with immediate affect.

How & Why are they allowed to ply the roads? Aren't these illegal?.
Completely blocking the rear view, it also qualifies for the sunfils less with less than 70% transperancy.

Totally agree with you there saurabh. As usual safety aspect is given very little value in our country. This maybe just a rear view being blocked. There are many other even more serious instances where overloading of vehicles by people and cargo in trucks is the norm.
