The funniest add-on that have ever seen to a car.

What's next? A mechanism to keep the eyebrows black and may be later on to trim if it grows.

That is an Innova. The windscreen and ORVM are clues. Also the height. It is too tall and narrow to be a Camry. Check the Innova parked on the side for reference.

I agree. Realised my mistake. Looking at the height, it is sure an Innova.

re: Pics of weird & wacky mod jobs in India!

Saw this Zen cross over today in bangalore.
Initially i mistook it for eco-sport
No number plate in the rear

Dear Kiran, good afternoon, alloy design seems fine though to me but the eye-sore is the spare wheel on the boot. Now days often owners amalgamate their hatchback to somewhat a SUV sort off look which never goes on well. Also no reg. number in rear is a big offence. Please post the front pics of this zen; eager to see it.

thanks

Got front pic. I don't know how the image is upside down in the previous post, will edit that too.

The front looks simple and good. i like it that way. The rear, eco-sport feel spoils all that effort.

Infact, I would have loved it if it was kept simple and sober with a good set of wheels and small ad-ons here and there.

This innova can very well make it to tastefully modified car thread if the bonnet ornament/teeth is removed. Refreshing design, neatly and immaculately designed in my view. This design is somewhat futuristically conceptualized. I admit its way better looking then the chrome-loaded innova 2014 proposed to be launched by toyota.

thanks

A perfect way to ruin the looks by using an ugly front grill on an otherwise gorgeous car.

Is that a glass grill which is used as i can see the inside parts
. If yes may be a tinted glass would be a very good fix !

I don't think it could possibly be glass! It looks like a very fine and thin mesh set-up.
