Even I was wondering about the source vehicle. I doubt there is even a single original panel left on the car.

This Lamborghini went through a major height enhancing therapy and probably it is the Urus prototype. Although it looks like an inverted yacht from certain angles.

It is based on the Esteem IIRC. A W-I-P picture has been posted earlier on this thread.

Have to agree on this part. It is a well executed job if the similarity part with the OG is left aside.
If someone who has not seen a lambo before or doesn't know about it, might not even come to know that it is modified from another car.

All in all, a well executed job it seems, atleast from the pics!

That lambo looks like somewhat a well done job. They could've finished it a lot better though. Proportions are interesting and definitely a good effort compared to the other candidates who end up here.

And here is a Gypsy, or it once was. Work seems good although it seems its profile will not end up anywhere near pleasant. It might've got finished by now as these pics were taken few months back.

C'mon people, dont be so mean. Though it is far from being real, We must appreciate the creativity that has gone in. We all watch Discovery turbo etc and enjoy how they mod cars.

This fellow who has worked on the car can do wonders if he receives guidance and more appreciation

and BTW, this looks anyday better than those DC designs

Would say a good effort of doing that Lamborghini conversion. I am sure lots of effort has been put. Yes, dont like that beer bottom look and yes if proper wheels are put, ie slightly low profile and maybe a tad larger, it might help improve the profile of the car.

Indeed it is! The source vehicle is a Maruti Esteem.

Read about this mod job in a local newspaper. The owner is a big fan of 'The Raging Bull' !!

I completely agree. whoever did this has got talent. Most probably he would have done this in the middle of lot of limitations ( tools and materials) and what he achieved is remarkable. Any idea where it was built? The number plate suggests kerala.

Thanks Neeraj!
Looking at the extent of modifications done, my guess is, would have cost a bomb!

Any idea what were the costs involved?

Well you gotta admit the sheer intelligence of whosoever pulled this off.

Laughable as much as it is, its not an easy job. Its based out of the Esteem I suppose.

Hats off and a genuine standing applause to the modifier who probably pulled this off in a garage that is a s local as it can get. Imagine what he could do if we give him a proper equipped garage.

There you go - India's Got Talent.

That converted Lambo is weird no doubt, but you have to appreciate and admire the kind of work that has gone into it. The fit and finish looks pretty decent.

100% agree with you. Its not easy to pull-off. Not really a bad looker either, just a trimmed side profile in the rear and as somebody pointed, it could shift to tastefully modified section!
Its tough to tell that its an incarnation of the Esteem!

The images are named as

"Its done on a Esteem and the whole job took a deep 7.5L".

So guessing it would be 7.5 lacs INR. Quite an investment, both in terms of money & time.
