A typical boy racer's way of pimping his ride - snap on an oversized ugly looking spoiler. The same old question, why do this to a Lancer? India's most mod-friendly sedan!

Spotted in my car park.
No front plates, because "it spoiled the aesthetics" as per the guy.

Yeah, the plate would have destroyed the "aesthetics " achieved.

The waggy looks like it met a immovable object head on and that has left a lasting impression on its face.

Dangerous? Yes of course.

The driver is clearly very ignorant. The normal mirrors that he is using as a replacement are usually made concave(for shaving etc.).
But the ORVM's are made to be convex.
Using a concave mirror would reduce the field of view exponentially and the blind spots as well.
Dangerous for the car occupants and also for the other drivers on the road.

BTW, I accidentally thanked you.

Bro, I wonder what made you think that it would be a concave mirror. Because a cocanve mirror used for shaving would produce an iverted image with an object at far. And hope a driver wouldn't be that sensible to process an inverted image and process while driving . To me it appears like a general purpose side mirror used in a truck or tempo which he would have grabbed at a cheap price.
Hope this link would clarify your doubt. http://www.physicsclassroom.com/class/refln/u13l3d.cfm
Guys, sorry to have taken this forum meant for sharing funny instances too technical.
