Badging: Where to get metallic alphabets?

Hi all,
I am working on an idea to stick name of my bike in a custom font in metallic looking alphabets. I have searched this forum and all over internet but unable to find any such sites in India. There are a few in USA but there too, they dont give option of custom font.

Can anyone please suggest any link where I can get such a product?

You mean a custom name in custom font + material similar to the monograms (3D)?

If yes, there is an alternative.
My friend had his name laser cut on a acrylic material from a guy who does number plates. Later painted them with gold color to get the looks close to OE monograms.

If you want it in real metal, you could get it cut via a CNC Mill. Will be expensive though.

You could also try your luck at stores that make nameplates for houses. Have seen a ton of metallic fonts there.

There was a small shop opposite to Central Mall on ORR near Ragigudda, had seen him doing such stickering job for cars, its been a while so not sure whether he is still there. Meanwhile, I will try to find more people in Bangalore.

The problem with this is that the thickness is usually only 2 - 4 mm, whereas what we need for the cars is 8 - 10mm

Thanks Dry Ice. You are right, I am looking for custom font. I came across this link but it doesn't suit my requirement.

The last I checked with such makers, they would make it out of plastic and coat metallic paint on top. They said it might not stick for long on a curved surface.

Genuine 3M double side tape will stick. How do you think most of these chrome accessories are installed nowadays.

I ve seen these Chrome alphabets at ACE Hardware Dubai. However they invariably are out of stock in the commonly used letters.
I was looking for GYPSY. They had no S in stock. Irritating!

You can do a cut and paste.

Get a SX4 or S-Cross sticker from MSIL. Cut out the S and use only that. Works like a charm.
